“The Making of a Relational Transactional Analyst”

  • In this large group workshop our aim is to engage with the relational processes involved in growth, separation and identity.
  • We will do this by presenting the principles of Relational Transactional Analysis, and how they came into being. We will present our different personal/ professional histories, engagement and development of that process on the way to having a relational sensibility in our work.
  • We will then invite members of the workshop to study their own engagement with the principles by working in experiential groups, before joining together again as a whole group.
  • The workshop will be run by members of the IARTA steering group including including Suzanne Boyd, Mica Douglas, Brian Fenton, Heather Fowlie, David Tidsall, Carole Shadbolt and Charlotte Sills.
